Job description, responsibilities and duties
Currently we are looking for a new Team Leader to join and lead our Procurement team.
Day to day duties:
• Provides direct supervision to a team of material planner;
• Monitors task completion by checking work at frequent intervals and maintains schedules;
• Create, consolidate regular status reports for Supply Chain Manager on departments KPI’s;
• Oversees planning of production according to the customer´s requirements in ERP (SAP) and components ordering;
• Oversees that optimal planning of regular material flows from suppliers;
• Checks the status of components in the warehouse (communicates with colleagues from warehouse );
• Checks the status of delayed deliveries daily and urges their immediate delivery;
• Coordinates the flow of information between planning and warehouse, production, engineering and quality;
• Cooperates with other departments in terms of fulfilling orders on time;
• Plans the production of lines in his/her responsibility;
• Maintains optimal stock levels of components and finished goods;
• Checks the production process in the SAP system on a daily basis;
• Checks the status of delayed production orders on a daily basis;
• Responsible for the lowest possible delay and for sufficient components for production;

• Completed studies in area of Finance or Supply Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or purchasing department in international company
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Leadership experience (People Management/Project Management)
• Independent and systematic way of working as well as very good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office, SAP advantage
• Willingness to learn and ability to take on new projects
• Ability to work with team
