Technical Writer for Patient Engagement application
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Help us to save lives of patients having Stroke, enabling physicians and patients to meet in Virtual Visit, or supporting physicians with new features on Physician Portal, by writing a Technical and User documentation for our Product.l.
About project
The project is based on a remote cooperation with a partner located in Austria. We have 6 scrum teams working on a global Healthcare product. Scrum teams are combined to include both sides (Slovak and Austrian). The Customers are based mainly in Europe (for instance Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and lately expanding to Brazil or Chile.

Your tasks and responsibilities as technical editor:
- You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and further development of product documentation for our eHealth products.
- You maintain the documentation infrastructure.
- As part of our Scrum team, you will be involved in refinements, and work together to find solutions for upcoming requirements for our software.
- You will be in daily contact with stakeholders from other departments (e.g., software development, product management and the UX team) to continuously improve our product documentation.
- You will be involved in designing the user interface of the software.
- You plan and coordinate the translation process.
- You are willing to and can travel to Business Partner site in Austria (Innsbruck)
Your qualifications and experience:
- Sound education (technical college, IT college or university degree)
- Experienced in scripting (Groovy, Python)
- Ability to present technical concepts in a simple and comprehensive way
- LaTeX knowledge is of advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of German of advantage
- Structured and independent work, quick comprehension, analytical thinking, team spirit, self-confidence, good communication skills and strong awareness of quality

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
