Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as online research, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
Use different tools and strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, content marketing, and targeted advertising.
Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate lead information and interaction history.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or social media to introduce the company's offerings, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed to move them through the prospecting funnel.
Track and analyze key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimize prospecting and outreach efforts.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in prospecting and lead generation to continually improve performance.
Document all communication and interactions with leads for future reference and analysis.

Research, analytical skills, and tech savviness being able to conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, analyze data, interpret trends, and derive insights.
Being flexible and adaptable to change, as startups often operate in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments where strategies and priorities may shift frequently.
