Job description, responsibilities and duties
Support company users on computing systems related problems and local point of contact for any infrastructure related issues /programs/ initiatives.
- 2nd level on desk users support
- Local support for IT project implementation
- Audit local IT network security and antivirus protection
- Manage local backup operation in line with corporate policies
- Manage hardware and software installation / configuration in accordance with corporate policies
- To ensure that all activities are in line with controls prescribed by the International Trading Compliance Regulation.
