Job description, responsibilities and duties
Role Statement:
• Daily schedule and assign jobs to Customer Engineers and subcontractors in order to meet the Customer requirements for contracts, repairs, emergency calls, warranties
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Process new orders in well-timed manner
• Raise purchase orders for material and subcontractors following Company Policies
• Control staff holidays, absence, sick leave and co-ordinate with Service Operations Manager
• Answer phone calls from Customer to solve emergency cases
• Invoice Customers as soon as a job has been completed and close relevant Service requests.
• Be responsible for van stocks inventory
Job Requirements
• School Background: secondary technical school
• Language skills: fluent in the Dutch language; Good English
• Technical / Functional skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience (1 for graduates)
- Computer Literate: All office associated programs, ERP systems
- Able to manage people and coordinate/run projects
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
Attitudes
- Customer service oriented; Telephone skills; ability to organize time
