Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role will be responsible for active managment and development of client relationship to maximize sales potential and develop TM business in dedicated region.

Responsibilities
• To assure the targets are met in terms of Revenues, Margins and DSO by driving the Thermal Management business in dedicated region in Czech Republic and Slovakia;
• To report all projects monthly, advising status and likely timing of order placement;
• To provide monthly sales reports, forecasts, detailed job list;
• To make reference market analysis in terms of tendencies, positioning opportunity, competitors;
• To cooperate with the management and credit recovery in relation to the competence area

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Native Czech or Slovak;
• Good knowledge of Thermodynamic and HVAC /HPAC products;
• Good knowledge of the Market;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package;
• Selling / Influencing / Negotiation skills, Problem Solving skills;
• Good self-presentation and Communication Skills;
• Must be willing to travel within Slovak and Czech republic
• Must be able to work in international environment;
